Creative Things to Put in a Wedding Bouquet

Though some brides prefer traditional wedding bouquets, there are a lot of creative ways to decorate bouquets! I've divided them into the following categories.

1. Flowers and nature. Daisieswhite roses, (or both), baby's breath, pine cones, other plantsseashells, starfish, twigs, peacock or other feathers, leaves, and cotton.

2. Things made out of paper. Photographs, quotes, paper hearts, pinwheels, thumbprints of the bride and groom forming a heart, Scripture, Valentines, maps, bookmarks, paper flowers, origami swans, notes from your fiance. 

3. Hobby-themed items. Chess pieces, dice, playing cards, puzzle pieces, stamps, Scrabble tiles, yo-yo, favorite recipes, 

4. Items related to sewing or craft projects. Tassels, twine, string, rope, ribbon, thread, sequins, veil material, thimbles, wire, yarn, zippers, lace, cork, doilies, beads, knitted things, buttons, floral butterflies, felt, or other fabric. 

5. Things that might be found in your house! Cloth napkins, combs, cookie cutters, denim, purse strap, socks, ties, tissue paper, wrapping paper, streamers, magazine pictures, headbands, hair clips, gift bows, earrings, key chains, keys, cupcake papers, money, newspaper, bubblegum, magnets, a tiara, and bells (with the clapper removed). 

6. Heirlooms or other jewelry. Brooches, a cameo, pins, quilt pieces, scarves, pearls, watches, clothing swatches, charms, jewelry, and crosses. 

7. Things to support the bouquet. Scepter, purse, ice cream cone, and a wand. 

8. Edible things. Berries, grapes, vegetables, candy, candy canes, lollipops, and mints.
